The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day you receive the goods. Returns without valid justification, such as defects or errors in the order, may not be accepted.

5.2 Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

5.3 Return Conditions

Returned goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
